Who we are

What we collect, and why

This site collects information in two ways.

When you fill in the contact form or free audit form, we collect your name, business name, email address, and what you’re trying to solve. Depending on the form, you may also give us your WhatsApp number, a message, or your website address. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell this information or pass it to anyone outside the tools listed below.

When you browse the site, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how, so we can improve the site. This only runs if you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for beeloud.ai, which will show the banner again.

Where your information goes

Form submissions are stored in Airtable, and a copy is emailed to us via Resend. Both are processors we use to run this business, not separate recipients we share your data with for their own purposes.

If you accept analytics cookies, browsing data is processed by Google Analytics (GA4), under Google’s own privacy terms.

Internal tools and Google data

Dr Nabila Jrida uses internal automation tools to manage and improve beeloud.ai. These tools are for her own use only and are not available to, or used by, anyone else.

It accesses Google data belonging to BeeLoud AI’s own accounts: Search Console data (which pages and searches bring visitors to beeloud.ai), Google Analytics data for beeloud.ai, and Google Ads keyword planning data used to research what people search for before writing content. None of this is data about site visitors individually — it’s aggregate performance data about the website and keyword research data about search terms.

This data is used only to decide what to write and how to improve beeloud.ai. It is stored locally, is never uploaded to, sold to, or shared with any third party, and is never used to identify or track individual visitors.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and a reasonable period after for our own records. If you’d like your enquiry details deleted, email us and we’ll remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email naj457604@gmail.com and we’ll action it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
